ADDUCTOR ROLL
Soft tissue release on the adductors can help relieve muscle tension and soreness in the inner thigh. Here's how to foam roll the adductor:
Sit on the floor and place a foam roller perpendicular to your body.
Lie on your side with the foam roller just below your hip bone, and your top leg extended straight out and resting on the floor in front of your bottom leg.
Place your bottom leg on top of the foam roller so that it rests against your inner thigh.
Support your upper body with your forearms and slowly roll the foam roller up and down your inner thigh, from just above your knee to just below your hip.
If you find a particularly tender spot, pause and hold the roller on that area for a 10-20 seconds to apply more pressure.
Continue rolling for 60-120 seconds using the strategy in the video, then switch to the other leg and repeat.
Remember to breathe deeply and relax your muscles while rolling.
