CURTSY LUNGES
Curtsy lunge movement standards are as follows:
With the planted foot being the left.
1. Stand with your feet below your hips.
2. Lunge out to the side - Sweep the right foot so it crosses round the back, to the side, and in line of the right.
3. The right heel should point up to the ceiling and out 90 degrees from the left.
4. Raise your hands up and keep your shoulders squarely forward.
5. Lunge down so that left knee taps the floor behind the right heel.
6. Keep the arms and chest up as you stand.
7. Bring the right foot back round to the starting position.
8. Repeat on the other side.
