OUR COACH : MAYYAH BLAIR


Mayyah has a strong background in health and fitness. She pursued a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science and Physiology, specializing in cardiac physiology and its impact on athletes. For the past decade, she's been a strong advocate for women in strength training, excelling in Strongwoman competitions and grip sports, even setting world records. Mayyah is a hybrid athlete who enjoys challenging trail races and has completed grueling events like the Marathon des Sables and the Atlantic Coast Challenge.
